Hourly

Daily

Full (6-hour) workday. Choose from KEDS offerings or customized themes/topics.

Weekly

5 (6-hour) workdays (preferably within the same week) Up to 3 KEDS-based offerings or client-based themes/topics.

Retainer Agreement

Long-term engagement (1-5 months)

Up to 3 virtual conferences per week
2 in-person, local workdays (2 virtual workdays if international)
1-3 agreed-upon initiatives with deliverables (e.g., CPD, SIP, leadership coaching, accreditation, project management, etc.)

Preferred Vendor

Full-time Educational Consultation (6-10 months)

Unlimited calls, emails, and virtual conferences
3 in-person, local workdays (up to 3 virtual workdays if international)
Multiple agreed upon initiatives with deliverables (e.g., CPD, SIP, leadership coaching, accreditation, project management, etc.)

Contingencies & Inclusions

Virtual engagement materials are provided by the consultant. In-person engagement materials (copies, stationery, markers, technology, preferred text) are provided by the client.
Full day, one (1) week, and retainer agreements may include workshops, observations, coaching, planning, or other activities as agreed upon by KEDS and client.
Any consultation engagement more than a week/requiring preparation of a product constitutes a project or retainer agreement.
Full day, over 35 miles or out of state requires additional travel expenses.
